摘要
目的:观察小丑医生人文关怀对儿童口腔科就诊患儿及家长焦虑情绪的安抚作用。方法:随机选取四川省人民医院口腔科就诊的69名儿童及其家长纳入实验组,就诊儿童74名及其家长为对照组,分别采用改良中文版儿童牙科畏惧调查表CFSS-DS检查儿童就诊畏惧指数,用Houpt行为量表对儿童就诊配合程度评分,并使用wong baker量表对患儿就诊后疼痛感受评分。患者父母使用状态-特质焦虑量表检测其状态焦虑及特质焦虑指数。结果:实验组儿童就诊前后的CFSS-DS指数均低于对照组儿童,其差异具有显著性(P<0.05),Hmipt量表显示在就诊配合度上实验组儿童高于对照组儿童,但两者之间没有显著性差异。实验组儿童就诊后疼痛评分wong baker评分显著性低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组家长的状态焦虑水平低于对照组,但其差异不具有显著性,实验组和对照组家长的特质焦虑水平在治疗前后没有差异,且两组间对照也没有差异。结论:小丑医生人文关怀具有显著性降低儿童在口腔科就诊焦虑情绪的作用,大大降低儿童对口腔治疗的畏惧和疼痛感,对家长的状态焦虑也有一定程度的减轻,是儿童口腔治疗可用的舒适化辅助方法。
Objective To observe the effect of the clown doctor on pediatric dental visit.Methods:The children and parents of were randomly enrolled in the study.67 kids and their parents were divided into the experimental group while 74 kids and their parents were divided into the control group.The children's dental fear index CFSS-DS was used to check the children's fear index,and the Houpt behavioral scale was used to observe the child's behavior.And the wong baker scale was used to score pain perception after the visit.The patient's parents used the state-trait anxiety scale to detect their state anxiety and trait anxiety.Result The CFSS-DS index of children in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The pain score of the children in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the Houpt scale showed that children in the experimental group acted better than children in the control group,but there was no significant difference.The state anxiety level of the parents in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not significant.There was no difiference in trait anxiety level before and after treatment,and there was no difference between the two groups.Conclusion:The humanistic care of clown doctors has a significant effect on reducing the anxiety of children in dental practice,greatly reducing children's fear and pain during dental treatment.
