离子色谱法测定利多卡因氯己定气雾剂中的苯扎溴铵 被引量:3

摘要 目的采用离子色谱法测定利多卡因氯己定气雾剂中苯扎溴铵的含量。方法采用AS18色谱柱(250 mm×4 mm),检测器为电导检测器,流动相为15 mmol·L^-1氢氧化钾溶液,流速1 mL·min^-1,柱温35℃。结果1.09~130.80μg·mL^-1苯扎溴铵与色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为:Y=0.0284X-0.012(r=0.9997),回收率为99.7%,RSD=1.20%。结论所用方法简便、快速,可准确地测定利多卡因氯己定气雾剂中苯扎溴铵的含量,为全面控制利多卡因氯己定气雾剂的质量提供了可靠的检测方法。 OBJECTIVE To determine the benzalkonium bromide in Lidocaine and chlorhexine acetate aerosol by Ion chromatography.METHODS The assay was performed on AS18 column(250 mm×4 mm)by the conductivity detector.The mobile phase was 15 mmol·L^-1 potassium hydrexide solution,the flow rate was 1 mL·min^-1,and the column temperature was 35℃.RESULTS There was a good linearity between peak area and concentration(Y=0.0284X-0.012,r=0.9997)in the range of 1.09-130.8μg·mL^-1 with the average recovery of 99.7% and the RSD of 1.20%.CONCLUSION The simple and rapid method can be used to determine the content of benzalkonium bromide in Lidocaine and chlorhexine acetate aerosol accurately.
