循证医学视角下的新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)感染的肺炎诊疗方案比较 被引量:15

Comparation of diagnosis and treatment scheme of pneumonia with 2019-novel coronavirus infection on evidence-based medicine

摘要 新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)感染的肺炎突发疫情在中国已进入关键时期。医院是收治2019-nCoV感染肺炎患者的重要场所。科学、合理且可行的诊疗方案对控制病毒传播具有重大意义。现以循证医学的视角,比较中国现有关于2019-nCoV感染的肺炎诊疗方案,梳理要点供医疗机构借鉴与思考。 Outbreak of pneumonia caused by 2019-Novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV)infection in China has entered a critical period.Hospitals are important places to receive and treat patients.Scientific,reasonable and feasible diagnosis and treatment plans are of great significance to control the spread of the virus.The purpose of this paper is to compare the existing diagnosis and treatment schemes of pneumonia with 2019-nCoV infection in China from the perspective of evidence-based medicine,summarize the main points for the reference and consideration of medical institutions.
