摘要 针对传统3D打印系统存在耗能大、打印速度较慢等缺点,设计基于激光处理技术的3D打印智能化系统,首先振镜电机接收到外界射入的激光束,通过反光镜将激光束反射到扫描平面上,获取对象信息,并将信息传输至驱动模块,然后传感器将据信息传输到PLC中的可编程逻辑控制单元进行处理,处理后信息反馈到机械本体子模块多个驱动器内,实现对3D打印系统的驱动,最后通过低通滤波器解调PWM脉冲方波,根据傅里叶级数保存直流分量滤除其他谐波,获取较低电压,提高激光扫描效率。实验结果表明,设计系统的打印机平均打印时间为36.65 ms,最低能耗可达0.315×10-3J,即该系统耗能低、打印速度快。 Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional 3D printing system,such as high energy consumption and slow printing speed,an intelligent 3D printing system based on laser processing technology is designed.Firstly,the galvanometer motor receives the laser beam from outside,reflects the laser beam to the scanning plane through the reflector,and transmits the object information obtained to the driver module.Then the sensor transmits the data to the programmable logic control unit of the PLC for processing.After processing,the information is fed back to several drivers of the sub-module of the mechanical body to drive the 3D printing system.Finally,the PWM pulse square wave is demodulated by a low-pass filter,and the DC component is saved according to the Fourier series to filter out the others.Harmonic wave can obtain lower voltage and improve laser scanning efficiency.The experimental results show that the average printing time of the printer in the design system is 36.65 ms,and the minimum energy consumption can reach 0.315*10-3 J,that is,the system has low energy consumption and fast printing speed.
