摘要
长期以来核电机组在电力系统中都以带基荷的方式运行,随着国家清洁能源政策的推行和第三代压水堆技术的迅速发展及投运,在福建等高核电比例的省份核电参与调峰已成为必然趋势。综述了压水堆核电机组参与电力系统调峰的可行性,分析了不同机组应采用的典型运行模式及日负荷跟踪模式,综合安全性、经济性及低碳环保等要求,给出了不同自然环境及不同能源结构下的联合调峰组合建议,并对目前核电参与电力系统调峰中存在的问题及未来发展方向进行了分析。
For a long time,the nuclear power unit has been operating in a base-load mode in the power system.With the implementation of the national clean energy policy and the rapid development and operation of the third-generation pressurized water reactor technology,nuclear power plants'participation in peak regulation has become an inevitable trend in the provinces with high penetration nuclear power,such as Fujian.An overview of the feasibility of PWR nuclear power plants'participation in peak regulation was providesed and the typical operation modes and daily load-tracking modes of different types of units was analyzesed.Then the recommendations for peak regulation approaches*combinations under different environments was made and energy structures considering safety,economy,and low-carbon.In addition,current problems about nuclear power plants'participation in peak regulation and presents their development directions was discussesed.
