Research progress in stem cell therapy for early-onset ovarian insufficiency

早发性卵巢功能不全(premature ovarian insufficiency,POI),又称为卵巢早衰(premature ovarian failure,POF)。原发性POI,指女性在40岁前发生卵巢功能减退或衰竭,临床表现为闭经、不孕、不同程度的绝经相关症状等,严重影响女性的健康。流行病学研究显示,40岁以下的妇女P0I发病率约为1%,30岁以下妇女发病率约为0.1%,近年来发病率呈上升趋势[1]。
