摘要
分析了电石法PVC热稳定性的影响因素,通过选择合适的pH值调节剂、使用新型环保终止剂和新型热稳定剂、精确控制反应温度及合理控制转化率,提高了PVC树脂热稳定性。
The factors influencing the thermal stability of PVC produced by calcium carbide method were analyzed.The thermal stability of PVC resin was improved by selecting suitable pH regulator,using a new environmental terminator and a new heat stabilizer,accurately controlling reaction temperature and reasonably controlling conversion rate.
