摘要
为解决电石法PVC行业传统电石渣浆乙炔回收工艺存在的问题,调整了运行参数,改进了脱吸器结构,增加了矽铁分离器,开发出电石渣浆乙炔回收新工艺。新工艺应用效果:回收乙炔体积分数达到90%以上,含氧体积分数低于1%,乙炔回收效率高,运行成本低,经济效益显著。
In order to solve the problems existing in the traditional process for recovery of acetylene from calcium carbide slag slurry in PVC industry,the operation parameters were adjusted,the structure of desorber was improved,a ferrosilicon separator was added,then a new process for acetylene recovery from calcium carbide slag slurry was developed.The application effect of the new process inclueded:the volume fraction of recovered acetylene was more than 90%,the volume fraction of oxygen was less than 1%.The recovery efficiency of acetylene was high and the operation cost was low,so the economic benefit was significant.
