摘要
在碱性条件下,以过氧化氢为氧化剂对电石渣浆上清液中的硫进行氧化处理,研究了过氧化氢的用量、氧化时间、氧化温度、残留量等工艺技术条件,并在此基础上提出了电石渣浆上清液中硫的处理工艺,分析了处理成本。
Under alkaline condition,hydrogen peroxide was used as oxidant to oxidize the sulfur in the supernatant of calcium carbide slurry.The technological conditions were studied including hydrogen peroxide usage,oxidation time,oxidation temperature and residue.The treatment process of sulfur in the supernatant of calcium carbide slurry was put forward,and the treatment cost was analyzed.
