经阴道超声联合弹性成像对附件包块良恶性的鉴别诊断 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨超声弹性成像在附件包块良恶性鉴别诊断中的价值。方法纳入因附件包块来我院就诊并最终行手术治疗的的145例附件包块,对包块行经阴道超声及弹性成像检查,以病理结果为金标准对常规彩色超声及弹性成像检查结果进行对比分析。结果145例附件包块病理诊断恶性病变41例,良性病变104例,经阴道超声及弹性成像检查对附件包块良恶性鉴别诊断的敏感性、特异性、准确性分别为78.0%、78.8%、78.6%和82.9%、76.0%、77.9%,而二者联合检查诊断的敏感性、特异性及准确性可达90.2%、95.2%、93.8%。结论经阴道超声联合弹性成像有助于提高附件包块良恶性的鉴别诊断能力。 Objective To investigate the value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound combined with elastography in the differential diagnosis of adnexal masses.Methods Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography and elastography screening was performed on 145 adnexal masses.Histopathologic results were conducted as gold standards.Results Histopathologic examination showed 41 malignant lesions and 104 benign lesions of 145 lesions.The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound were 78.0%,78.8% and 78.6%,respectively.The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of elastography were 82.9%,76.0% and 77.9%,respectively.The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of the combination of these two methods were 90.2%,95.2% and 93.8%,respectively.Conclusion The transvaginal elastography combined with color Doppler ultrasound is helpful for improving the differential diagnosis of adnexal masses.
