飞机机翼垂尾壁板制孔系统孔位自动校正方法

Automatic calibration method for hole position in vertical-tail panel system of aircraft wing

摘要 飞机机翼垂尾壁板制孔系统孔位容易受到随机波动干扰产生误差,提出基于电控机械式误差调节的飞机机翼垂尾壁板制孔系统孔位自动校正方法,构建飞机机翼垂尾壁板制孔系统孔位校正的执行机构控制模型,采用位移传感器进行垂尾壁板制孔系统孔位的误差偏移测量,在执行机构中进行误差的自适应调节和输出稳定性控制,结合迭代学习控制方法进行飞机机翼垂尾壁板制孔系统孔位自动校正过程中的误差偏移修正,采用电控式的机械误差调节方法,实现机翼垂尾壁板制孔系统孔位自动校正优化。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行机翼垂尾壁板制孔系统孔位校正的自动性较好,误差修正能力极强,提高了飞机机翼垂尾壁板制孔系统孔位主动调节和误差自适应修正性能。 The hole position of the vertical trailing panel orifice system of aircraft wing is easy to be disturbed by random fluctuation and easy to produce errors.An automatic correction method for the hole position of aircraft wing vertical trailing panel orifice system is presented based on the electronic control mechanical error regulation.The actuator control model of hole position correction in the vertical trailing panel hole-making system of aircraft wing is constructed,and the error deviation of hole position in the vertical-tail panel hole-making system is measured by using displacement sensor.The error adaptive adjustment and output stability control are carried out in the actuator,and the error offset correction is carried out in the process of automatic correction of the hole position in the vertical trailing panel hole-making system of the aircraft wing with iterative learning control method.The automatic correction optimization of the hole position of the vertical-tail panel hole-making system of wing is realized by means of the mechanical error adjustment method of electronic control type.The simulation results show that the method has good automaticity and strong error correction ability,which improves the performance of active adjustment and adaptive error correction of the hole-making system in the vertical-tail panel system of the wing of the aircraft.The results show that the proposed method has the advantages of good automaticity and strong error correction ability in the hole-making system of the vertical-tail panel of the wing.
