摘要
针对汽车传动系耐久试验自动控制系统,对转矩控制方案进行研究。对于常规比例积分控制器仅能满足转矩变化较慢的耐久试验和差速试验,但无法满足转矩需要快速响应的路谱试验,设计出模糊PID控制器。利用Labview编程环境,以INTIME实时系统为核心,以变频器和伺服电机为基础对试验自动控制系统进行软硬件设计。该系统响应速度快,控制精度高,运行稳定,操作高效简便。
For the automatic control system of the vehicle drive and rotation durability test system,the scheme of torque control is studied.For the conventional proportional integral controller,it can only satisfy the endurance test and differential test with slower change of torque,but it can not satisfy the vehicle road simulation experiment with fast response of torque.A fuzzy PID controller is designed.Using Labview programming environment,taking INTIME real-time system as the core and frequency converter and servo motor as the basis,the software and hardware design of the test automatic control system is carried out.The system not only has fast response speed,high control precision runs stably,but also operates efficiently and easily.
