家族企业实际控制人子女数量和性别对企业创新绩效影响研究

A Study on the Influence of the Number and Gender of the Actual Controller’s Children on the Innovation Performance of Family Enterprises

文章利用2008-2016年中国家族企业A股上市公司数据,研究了家族企业实际控制人子女数量对企业创新绩效的影响。研究结果发现:实际控制人子女数量与企业创新绩效显著负相关,并且发现家族企业实际控制人第一胎是儿子和家族企业实际控制人性别是男性强化了家族企业实际控制人子女数量对企业创新绩效的负向作用。文章拓展了家族企业实际控制人特征的研究范畴,丰富了企业创新绩效影响因素的研究。根据研究结果,文章为投资者选择具有创新性的上市公司提供了新的视角,同时对家族企业激发自身创新活力具有参考和借鉴意义。

Based on the data of A-share listed companies in Chinese family enterprises from 2008 to 2016,this paper studies the impact of the number of children of actual controllers on the innovation performance of Chinese family enterprises.The results show that there is a significant negative correlation between the number of children of actual controllers and the performance of enterprise innovation.It is also found that if the first child of the actual controller of the family business is a boy and the gender of the actual controller of the family business is male,the negative effect of the number of children of the actual controller of the family business on the innovation performance of the family business will be strengthened.This paper expands the research scope of the characteristics of the actual controller of the family business,and enriches the research on the influencing factors of enterprise innovation performance.According to the research results,this paper provides a new perspective for investors to choose innovative listed companies,and has reference significance for family enterprises to stimulate their own innovative vitality.
