摘要
结合职业学校教师信息化教学能力培训迁移研究现状,以DTPB、TAM和TPB为理论依据构建理论模型,采用结构方程模型对267份问卷,对培训迁移意愿影响因素进行实证分析,研究结果发现培训迁移意愿可以用行为态度来解释,其中领导、同事影响、感知有用性、自我效能感对培训迁移意愿具有显著的直接影响。从不同角度对提高职业学校教师信息化教学能力培训迁移意愿提出了对策与建议。
This paper firstly combines the research status of vocational teachers'informatization teaching ability training migration,and constructs theoretical models based on DTPB,TAM and TPB.Secondly,the structural equation model is used to empirically analyze the factors affecting the training willingness with 267 questionnaires.Studies show that the training willingness to move can be explained by behavioral attitudes,in which leadership,colleague influence,perceived usefulness,and self-efficacy have a significant direct impact on the willingness to migrate.Some countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from different angles to improve the willingness of teachers to train informatization teaching ability in vocational schools.
