Application of CAD Layer Management on Drawing Standardization

线束图纸的标准化是较为繁琐且耗时的工作,往往需要开发者耗费大量的时间和精力去完成。但是,利用图纸各个部分的相关逻辑,结合CAD绘图软件的相关功能,往往可以做到事半功倍。在这篇文章中,笔者将根据多年CAD软件操作的经验,分享CAD图层管理在线束图纸标准化中的应用。项目研发初期,在线束CAD图纸的开发过程中,用户可以通过对图层的管理来快速编辑图形;通过对图层颜色的区分,又能够便于目视化管理;通过设置图层的特性可以控制图形的颜色、线宽、线型,以及是否显示、是否可修改和是否被打印等。用好CAD的图层管理,不仅会在图纸开发过程中给开发者提供很大的便利,在图纸更改、设变下发、图纸标准化时,也将会给开发者提供十分便捷的操作。

The standardization of wiring harness drawings is a complex and time-consuming work,which often requires the developer to spend a lot of time and energy to complete it.However,by using the relevant logic of each part of the drawing and combining with the relevant functions of CAD software,we can achieve twice the result with half the effort.Taking our own experience as an example,we shared the application of CAD layer management in the standardization of wiring harness drawings.The authors think that,in the development process of harness drawing,the user can edit graphics quickly through the layers of management;through distinction the color layer,we can facilitate visual management,by setting the properties of the layer we can control the color of the graphics,line width,linear,displaying,modifying and print.With the better management of CAD layer,it will not only provide great convenience to the developer during the drawing development process,but also provide convenient operation for the developer when the drawing is changed,released,and standardized.
