Failure Analysis and Optimization on Sealing of Harness Connector

针对某车型开发阶段发现的某控制器接插件进水导致腐蚀的故障进行分析,通过试验对失效的根本原因进行验证,得出结论,在接插件进行装配时有一定几率发生盲塞松脱,最后制定了临时措施及正式工艺控制方案,并从连接器设计角度提出一些优化建议。

During the development phase of one vehicle model the unsealing problem of controller connector was discovered,which also caused the erosion and malfunction.Tests are prepared to analyze and determine the root cause.Conclusion is,during the assembly of connector there is possibility of sealing to fall out.Temporary and official solutions are raised and suggestions to optimize the connector's design are given out.
