摘要
随着对龙头水水质的关注,水厂和管网协同控制以保障龙头水稳定达标成为研究的主要关注点。清水池作为自来水厂最末端的构筑物,其内在的微生物特征及对管网生物稳定性的影响值得探究。对以南水北调水源及多水源供水的水厂清水池进行了微生物群落结构的解析,并基于基因组学对清水池内条件致病菌和生物的主要代谢潜能进行了揭示。结果表明,清水池存在军团菌、分支杆菌和气单胞菌,同时存在影响供水管网稳定性的硝化细菌和硫酸盐还原菌。因此,为控制致病菌的生长和提升管网生物的稳定性,应提高清水池的清洗频次,加强对清水池的管控力度。
With the attention to the faucet water quality,the coordinated control of the water treatment plant and the pipe network and the guarantee of the stability of the faucet water have become the main research focus.As the end of the water plant,it's worth researching the clean-water-tank’s intrinsic microbial characteristics and its impact on the biological stability of the pipe network.The microbial community structure of the clean water tank with South-to-North water source and multi-water source water supply was analyzed,and the main metabolic potential of pathogenic bacteria and organisms in the clean water tank was revealed based on genomics.The results showed that Legionella,Mycobacterium and Aeromonas existed in the clean water tank,and there were nitrifying bacteria and sulfate reducing bacteria that would affect the stability of the water supply network.Therefore,in order to control the growth of pathogenic bacteria and improve the bio-stability of pipe network,the frequency of cleaning the clean water tank should be increased,and the control of the clean water tank should be strengthened.
