摘要 通过对服务区域内凝结水精处理运行控制情况进行专项普查,摸清了凝结水精处理系统运行现状。本次专项监督检查的19家火电企业,在凝结水精处理运行控制均能较好的按照国家标准、集团公司要求进行,设备运行稳定;但在高速混床出水指标合格率、树脂输送节点控制准确性控制、运行、体外输送及再生过程自动化控制、化学在线仪表准确性上存在一些缺陷和不足,还需要进一步完善及整改。同时,通过对存在问题的统计分析和研究,为电厂凝结水精处理优化运行提出合理化建议,为企业解决问题提供思路。 Through to the service area of the condensate fine treatment operation control situation in the census,the condensate polishing treatment system has run the status quo,For the 19 thermal power enterprises under special supervision and inspection,the operation control of condensate treatment can be carried out in accordance with national standards and requirements of the group company with stable equipment operation.However,there are some defects and deficiencies in the quality of water index of high speed mixed bed,accuracy control of resin conveying node,operation,automatic control of in vitro conveying and regeneration process,and accuracy of chemical on-line instrument,which need further improvement and rectification.At the same time,through the statistical analysis and research of the existing problems,it puts forward reasonable Suggestions for the optimal operation of condensate treatment of power plant,and provides ideas for enterprises to solve the problems。
