沙虫酶解多糖合并参芪藿颗粒对模拟高强度训练小鼠抗疲劳作用的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究沙虫酶解多糖合并丹参、黄芪、淫羊藿提取物(参芪藿颗粒)对模拟高强度训练小鼠的抗疲劳作用及其药理机制。方法80只昆明种小鼠按数字表法随机分为4组,分别为对照组、沙虫多糖组、参芪藿中药制剂组(简称中药制剂组)、沙虫联合中药复方制剂组(简称联合制剂组),每组20只。灌胃给药28 d后分别观察小鼠力竭游泳时间及血乳酸、尿素氮、肝糖原等生化指标的变化。结果各给药组小鼠体质量和对照组相比差异无统计学意义。各给药组能延长小鼠负重游泳时间(P<0.05),联合制剂组延长率增加最多,沙虫制剂组、中药制剂组和联合制剂组的延长率分别增加41%、47%和55%。各给药组小鼠运动后血乳酸被迅速代谢清除,各给药组的血乳酸廓清率分别为(102.6±2.2)、(126.3±3.3)、(128.2±1.8)μmol/(L·min),对照组的血乳酸廓清率为(42.0±3.3)μmol/(L·min),联合制剂组的血乳酸廓清率是对照组的3倍。与对照组小鼠相比,各给药组小鼠运动后肝糖原含量升高、血尿素氮含量降低,且联合制剂组的效果显著(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论沙虫酶解多糖合并参芪藿颗粒合用具有缓解运动疲劳的作用,是一种有应用前景的抗疲劳药物复方制剂。 Objective To study the anti-fatigue effect of Sipunculus nudus L polysaccharide and Shenqihuo granules on mice following simulated high intensive training and possible mechanism involved.Methods Eighty Kunming mice were randomly and equally divided into 4 groups,i.e.the control group,the Sipunculus nudus L polysaccharide group,the Shenqihuo granule group and the combination group.Twenty-eight days after oral administration of drugs,the time of swimming exhaustion,the changes in the levels of serum lactic acid,urea nitrogen and hepatic glycogen were closely monitored in the weight-loaded swimming mice.Results No statistically significant differences were found in body weight,when comparisons were made between the medication groups and the control group(P>0.05).Medication could significantly prolong swimming duration of the weight-loaded mice(P>0.05),with the extension rate of the combination group being most significantly longer.The extension rates of the Sipunculus nudus L polysaccharide group,the Shenqihuo granule group and the combination group increased by 41%,47%and 55%respectively.After exercise,serum lactic acid of the medication groups was quickly eliminated,and the elimination rates of the Sipunculus nudus L polysaccharide group,the Shenqihuo granule group and the combination group were respectively 102.6±2.2,126.3±3.3,128.2±1.8μmol/(L·min),as compared with that of the control group[(42.0±3.3μmol/(L·min)].The lactic acid elimination rate of the combination group was about 3 times higher than that of the control group.Compared with the control group,the levels of hepatic glycogen increased and the levels of urea nitrogen decreased in all the medication groups,with the effects on the medication group being most significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Sipunculus nudus L polysaccharide combined with Shenqihuo granules could obviously alleviate exercise fatigue and it might be a promising compound preparation for anti-fatigue.
