摘要
目的了解特勤飞行员腰部肌群的力量特征,找出腰部屈伸肌力量的不足,为战斗机飞行员的力量训练提供有针对性的指导。方法采用德国D&R公司研制生产的Isomed2000等速肌力测试系统对21名战斗机飞行员的腰部屈伸肌群进行等速力量测试。结果战斗机飞行员腰部屈伸肌力量与普通人比并不占优,应加强力量训练。战斗机飞行员腰部屈伸肌群的力量存在不平衡的现象,腰部屈肌与伸肌的比值低于正常范围。结论在疗养期间应着重加强战斗机飞行员腰部屈肌群的练习,预防腰背痛的发生。
Objective To investigate the strength of the lumbar muscle group in fighter pilots and find out its deficiency,so as to provide targeted guidance for strength training of fighter pilots.Methods The Isomed2000 isokinetic muscle strength test system developed by D&R of Germany was used to test isokinetic muscle strength of 21 fighter pilots.Results Results showed that the lumbar muscle strength of fighter pilots was not superior to that of the general public,so strength training should be enhanced.There existed an imbalance in the strength of the lumbar muscle group among fighter pilots,but the ratio of the lumbar flexion and extensor muscle was within normal range.Conclusion Lumbar flexor group in fighter pilots should be enhanced during recuperation,so as to prevent lower back pain among fighter pilots.
