摘要
目的研制一种可用于水下的防水耐高压操纵杆,可以实现对水下设备的运动操纵。方法将操纵杆手杆的运动转换成计算机能够处理的电子信息,通过精密的密封结构解决操纵杆推动过程中的进水问题,从而实现水下操纵功能。结果通过对操纵杆的密封结构进行改进,实现了推动操纵杆时的水下密封需求,经现场60 m水压实验和40 m水下现场操作实验,操纵功能正常,均未出现漏水现象。结论新型操纵杆结构合理,密封严密,满足了操纵杆水下使用时防水耐高压的功能要求,实现了对水下设备的实时操纵。
Objective To develop a kind of waterproof and high-pressure resistant joystick used in underwater operations,so that motion control of submerged equipment could be facilitated.Methods The movement of the joystick was converted into electronic information that could be processed by the computer and the problem of water leakage in the process of joystick operation could be solved through the precise seal structure,and ultimately perfect underwater control was realized.Results Through further improvement of the seal structure of the joystick,underwater seal demands in operation of joystick were satisfied.On-site hydraulic test at 60 meters and field operational underwater test at 40 meters revealed that all operational functions were normal and no leakage occurred.Conclusion The new joystick has the features of sound structure,good water seal,and can meet the functional requirements of water tightness and high pressure resistance in underwater operation of the joystick,thus real-time control of underwater equipment is realized.
