摘要
构建一种描述连铸结晶器内自由液面波动行为的大涡模拟,验证数学模型预测流场的准确性,研究连铸结晶器内瞬态流场和自由液面波动,定量解析结晶器液面波动的波高、速度和湍动能。结果表明:连铸结晶器内流场具有非稳态特征,影响着自由液面瞬态波动。自由液面在SEN水口和窄壁面中间位置处波动剧烈,SEN水口两侧液面波动的波高和速度在时空范围上呈现非对称性分布特征。
Large Eddy Simulation(LES)method describing behaviour of the fluctuation of free surface in continuous casting mould was constructed.The accuracy of mathematical models was also verified by water experiments・The transient flow field and free surface fluctuations inside the mould were studied.Fluctuation height,velocity and turbulent energy of free surface were also quantitatively analyzed.The results show that the flow fields with unsteady characteristics affect transient fluctuation of free surface inside the mould.The free surface fluctuates sharply in the vicinity of the middle position between SEN nozzle and the narrow wall,and fluctuation height and velocity of free surface on both sides of SEN inside the mould show an asymmetrical distribution in the space-time range.
