血尿酸水平与男性骨质疏松症的关系 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨血尿酸水平与男性骨质疏松症的关系。方法选取健康体检的男性7677例,依据尿酸水平分为正常尿酸组(A组,尿酸≤420μmol/L,5933例)和高尿酸组(B组,尿酸>420μmol/L,1744例)。采用多元线性回归分析血尿酸水平与骨密度的关系,多因素Logistic回归分析骨质疏松症发生的影响因素。结果两组年龄、收缩压、舒张压、体质量指数、TG、尿酸、腰椎骨密度、髋关节骨密度以及饮酒、高血压、高脂血症、骨质疏松症的比例均有统计学差异(P<0.01)。多元线性回归分析发现,血尿酸水平与腰椎及髋关节骨密度呈正相关(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析发现,高尿酸血症是预防骨质疏松症发生的保护性因素(P<0.01)。结论高尿酸血症是预防男性骨质疏松症发生的保护性因素。 Objective To investigate the relationship of serum uric acid level and osteoporosis in male.Methods A total of 7677 male people underwent healthy examination was divided into two groups of A(uric acid≤420 μmol/L,5933 cases) and B(uric acid>420 μmol/L,1744 cases). The relationship of serum uric acid level and bone mineral density was analyzed by multivariate linear regression analysis.The factors influencing osteoporosis were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression analysis.Results The age,blood pressure,body mass index,TG,uric acid,lumbar vertebra bone mineral density,hip joint bone mineral density and the percentages of people with drink,hypertension,hyperlipemia and osteoporosis were different between groups of A and B(P<0.01).Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that serum uric acid level was positively correlated with bone mineral density of lumbar vertebra and hip joint(P<0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that hyperuricemia was a protective factor in preventing osteoporosis(P<0.01).Conclusion Hyperuricemia is a protective factor in preventing osteoporosis.
