摘要
以神木煤为原料,配入少量肥煤、4#主焦煤和改性葵花籽皮胶粘剂,通过冷压成型制备型煤,而后高温干馏制得型焦。通过FTIR、BET及热重分析手段研究了型煤型焦官能团结构特征、热解特性以及孔隙结构。结果表明:型煤的热解主要包括三个阶段,第二阶段经历了最大失重过程,失重率高达20.84%,DTG曲线在491℃呈现最大失重峰,失重速率为0.1336%/℃,DSC曲线显现巨大放热凸峰。高温干馏时,型煤中大量挥发分的逸出导致型焦孔隙发达,其平均孔径(36.30nm)较型煤(25.30nm)大,比表面积和孔体积较型煤小。型焦的红外吸收峰强度较型煤弱。
With Shenmu coal as raw material, a small amount of fat coal, 4# main coke coal and modified sunflower seed skin binder are added to prepare briquette by cold pressing, and then the formed coke is produced by high temperature dry distillation. The functional group structure, py-rolysis characteristic and pore structure of briquette and formed coke are studied by FTIR, BET and thermogravimetric analysis. The results show that the pyrolysis of briquette mainly consists of three stages. The second stage undergoes the maximum weight loss process, with the weight loss rate as high as 20.84%. The DTG curve shows the maximum weight loss peak is at 491℃, the weight loss rate is 0.1336%/℃. The DSC curve shows a huge exothermic peak. During high temperature dry distillation, the pore of formed coke is developed due to the escape of a large amount of volatile matter from briquette. The pore size of formed coke is larger(36.30 nm)than that of briquette(25.30 nm), and its specific surface area and pore volume are smaller than that of briquette. The intensity of infrared absorption peak of formed coke is weaker than that of briquette.
