摘要
以相对分子质量为2000的聚醚多元醇对异氰酸酯进行扩链,扩链后同甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯反应,所得到的生成物A按不同的加入量与E-03环氧树脂进行反应后作为官能单体,在引发剂的作用下同丙烯酸丁酯和丙烯腈进行聚合,合成了一种丙烯酸酯聚合物。讨论了官能单体的组成对体系性能的影响。结果表明:A单体/E-03加入比例为7.5/92.5时,改性体系的综合性能较好。
The chain is extended by polyether polyol with amolecular weight of 2000. Then it reacts with HPMA to prepare the product A. The product A monomer in different ratio reacts with E-03 epoxy and then as the functional monomer it reacts with the BA and AN to synthesize the acry-late oligomer with the aid of initiator. The effect of the composition of functional monomers on the properties of the system is discussed. The result shows that the system has outstanding overall properties when the ratio of A monomer/E-03 is 7.5/92.5.
