改性聚乙烯醇啤酒商标胶耐冰水性的研究 被引量:1

Study on the Ice Water Resistance of Modified PVA Label Adhesive for Beer Bottle

摘要 以聚乙烯醇(PVA)和糯玉米淀粉为主要原料,制备了改性聚乙烯醇啤酒商标胶,并着重讨论了糯玉米淀粉、PVA、分散剂、交联剂等用量对改性聚乙烯醇啤酒商标胶耐冰水性能的影响。研究结果表明:当反应温度为82(±2)℃,PVA为4.0g,糯玉米淀粉为7.0g,尿素为5.0g,硫酸铝为3.0g时,该产品的耐冰水性较好。 With waxy corn starch and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)as main raw materials, aluminum sulfate as crosslinker, a modified PVA label adhesive for beer bottle is prepared. With ice water resistance as evaluation index, the effects of PVA, waxy corn starch, cross-linking agent and dis-persing agent amount on the performance of the adhesive are discussed. The research results show that the label adhesive has the relatively best ice water resistance when the PVA is 4.0 g, waxy corn starch is 7.0 g, urea is 5.0 g and the cross-linking agent is 3.0 g.
