铼(Ⅶ)催化的烯丙醇异构化反应及其在天然产物全合成中应用的研究进展

Progress in the Research on the Re(Ⅶ)-Catalyzed Isomerization of Allyl Alcohol and Its Application in the Total Synthesis of Natural Product

摘要 在天然产物全合成中,铼(Ⅶ)催化的烯丙醇异构化反应是一种温和的构建较难形成的烯丙醇的有效手段。综述了铼(Ⅶ)催化的烯丙醇异构化反应的发展历程,并总结了近几年铼(Ⅶ)催化烯丙醇异构化参与的串联反应及其在天然产物全合成中的应用。 The rhenium(Ⅶ) catalyzed isomerization of allyl alcohol is a mild and effective protocol for the preparation of allyl alcohol which is difficult to form in the total synthesis of natural products. The development history of isomerization of allyl alcohol catalyzed by rhenium(Ⅶ) is re-viewed. Moreover, the tandem reaction which involves rhenium(Ⅶ) catalyzed isomerization of allyl alcohol and its applications in the total synthesis of natural products are summarized.
