某市属医院临床路径实施效果影响因素分析

Analysis of Influencing Factors of Clinical Pathway Effect in a Municipal Hospital

目的分析某市属22家医院临床路径开展现状,为临床路径工作进一步落实提出建议。方法2017年6月-2017年10月对市属22家医院临床路径管理部门进行问卷调查。数据使用SPSS16.0软件进行t检验及方差分析。结果12家医院将临床路径工作纳入绩效管理,10家医院根据临床路径开展情况建立奖励机制;临床路径是否纳入绩效管理与退径率有统计学差异;对临床路径是否奖励与覆盖率有统计学差异;对临床路径奖励的频率与覆盖率有统计学差异;医院是否使用临床路径信息系统与覆盖率无统计数学差异(P<0.05)。结论医院开展有效奖励手段对医院临床路径覆盖率有激励作用;使用便捷的临床路径信息化系统能够促进临床路径工作。

Objectives To analyze the current status of clinical pathways in 22 hospitals in a city,and to provide suggestions for further implementation of clinical pathway work.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on the clinical pathway management departments of 22 hospitals in Beijing.Data were analyzed by SPSS 16.0 software for t-test and analysis of variance.Results 12 hospitals included clinical pathway work into performance management,and 10 hospitals established incentive mechanisms based on clinical pathway development;whether clinical pathways were included in performance management and regression rate were statistically different;whether the clinical pathway rewards and coverage rate were statistically significant differences;the frequency of rewards for clinical pathways was statistically different from coverage;there was no statistical difference between hospitals using clinical pathway information systems and coverage(P<0.05).Conclusions The Effective rewards in hospitals had an incentive effect on hospital clinical pathway coverage;the use of convenient clinical pathway information systems could promote clinical pathway work.
