摘要
目的探讨数字化切片系统联合CBL教学法在病理住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法选择2015年1月-2017年12月在某院病理科进行住院医师规范化培训的50名住院医师为研究对象,随机分为2组,每组25名。实验组采用数字化切片系统联合CBL教学,对照组采用传统玻璃切片教学。采用出科考试和调查问卷评估教学效果。结果大体取材实验组94.63±3.82分,对照组94.27±2.56分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。切片诊断实验组91.65±4.58分,对照组84.52±3.53分,总成绩实验组91.55±2.51分,对照组87.61±2.92分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在激发学习兴趣,对基础知识基本技能的理解及掌握、诊断思维的建立、知识面的拓展、对此教学方法的满意度方面,实验组均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论数字化切片系统联合CBL教学模式在病理住院医师规范化培训实施中较传统教学模式更有优势,尤其明显提高临床病理诊断能力。
Objective To evaluate the effect digital sections in the standardized training of pathology residents.Methods 50 residents who received standardized training for resident physicians in the department of pathology from January 2015 to December 2017 were randomly divided into 2 groups,which were experimental group(n=25)and control group(n=25).The digital sections teaching mode was used in the experimental group,while traditional glass section teaching mode was used in the control group.After the end of the clinical practice,the rotation-ending exam and questionnaire investigation were conducted.Results The specimen check test score between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The pathologic diagnosis test score and the overall test score in experimental group were all higher than those in control group,and the differences between two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The questionnaire survey indicate that the experimental group was superior to the control group in stimulating learning interest,understanding and mastery of basic knowledge and skills,establishment of diagnostic thinking,expansion of knowledge,and satisfaction with teaching methods(P<0.05).Conclusions The digital sections teaching mode was superior in teaching effects than traditional glass section teaching mode in the standardized training of pathology residents.
