基于PROSAS大数据的空港口岸传染病输入风险评估 被引量:6

Risk assessment of imported infectious diseases at airports based on big data of PROSAS

摘要 目的 分析智慧卫生检疫系统(PROSAS)中国际传染病疫情监测数据,探索空港口岸传染病输入风险评估方法。方法 通过PROSAS收集2019年1-6月国际传染病疫情监测数据,使用Excel 2016和Microsoft Power BI Desktop对南京关区航空口岸国际及我国港澳台地区直航航线及传染病监测数据进行分析和可视化。结果 2019年1-6月,南京关区9个开放航空口岸与23个国家或地区开通了96条直航航线。直航航线数量排名前3位的国家和地区为泰国(20)、中国台湾(12)、日本和越南(均为9),通航的国家和地区2019年累计报告各类传染病84种,病例200万例,累计报告病例数较多的传染病病种是沙眼(63.9万例)、(未分型)流行性感冒(33.2万例)、登革热(28.1万例)、淋球菌感染(20.6万例)、甲型H1N1流感(17.7万例),约占报告病例总数的85%。报告传染病种类较多的国家依次是美国、韩国、新加坡;报告传染病病例数较多的国家是美国、菲律宾、韩国。南京关区传染病输入风险较高的是南京、无锡、常州;但从疾病危险分级角度,传染病输入风险较高的则是南京、无锡、徐州。结论 科学合理利用PROSAS可以为口岸传染病疫情防控决策提供依据。 Objective To explore the method of risk assessment of imported infectious diseases at airport by analyzing the surveillance data in PROSAS.Methods The surveillance data of imported infectious diseases from January to June 2019 was collected on PROSAS,and the flights data of international and national(Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan),imported infectious disease was analyzed and visualized through Excel 2016 and Microsoft Power BI Desktop softwares.Results Nine opened airports in Nanjing Customs had 96 opened direct flights with 23 countries or regions.Thailand(20),Taiwan(12),Japan and Vietnam(both 9)were the top three countries and regions in the number of direct flights.From January to June 2019,84 infectious diseases and 2 million cases were reported in the countries and regions connected to those direct flights.The infectious diseases with more cases were trachoma(639000 cases),nontypeable influenza(332000 cases)and dengue fever(281000 cases),gonococcal infection(206000 cases)and influenza A(H1N1)(177000 cases),accounted for about 85%of the total reported cases.The countries with a large types of reported infectious disease were the United States,South Korea and Singapore,and the countries with a large cases of reported infectious diseases were the United States,Philippines and South Korea.Nanjing,Wuxi and Changzhou possessed higher risk of infectious disease import.However,Nanjing,Wuxi and Xuzhou had higher risk of infectious disease import by disease risk classification.Conclusion The scientific and rational use of PROSAS could provide basis for the decision-making of epidemic prevention and control of imported infectious diseases at ports.
