1例国际交流学生乙型脑炎的流行病学调查

Epidemiological investigation on a Japanese encephalitis case among international exchange students

2018年6月,南昌市疾病预防控制中心接到1例流行性乙型脑炎(乙脑)病例报告。流行病学调查证实,患者为29岁也门籍留学生,既往体健,无乙脑免疫史。2018年6月19日11∶30突然出现发热、乏力等症状;6月25日昏迷、呼吸衰竭,诊断为乙脑,临床分型为极重型;2019年2月1日死亡,医疗费用合计210万元。目前我国无强制性要求留学生入境前需接种相应疫苗,建议外籍留学生入境前接种乙脑疫苗;同时加强对国际交流学生的健康教育。

Nanchang center for disease control and prevention received the report of a case diagnosed as Japanese encephalitis(JE)on June 2018.The epidemiological investigation stated that the case was a foreign student from Yemeni,29 years old,with no immunization history of JEV and other diseases.He suffered sudden fever,asthenia,and other symptoms at 11∶30 June 19th 2018.After coma and respiratory failure appeared,he was diagnosed as JE case and was classified as extremely heavy type on 25th June.Then the case died on 1st February.The total expense of medical treatment was 2.1 million yuan.At present,there is no mandatory requirement for the vaccination for foreign students.It is suggested that the foreign students should injected JEV vaccine before they arrive China.Meanwhile,the health education of the international exchange students should be strengthened.
