摘要
重点讨论了水性树脂、流平剂和助溶剂对水性涂料的耐油污性的影响,在制备水性钢桶用涂料过程中,选择水分散体型树脂、较低表面张力的流平剂和低极性的助溶剂时会有效改善涂膜耐油污性,同时对其他性能影响较小。
This paper mainly discusses the influence of waterborne resin, levelling agent and auxiliary solvent on the oil resistance of waterborne coatings. In the process of making waterborne coatings for steel drums, choosing water-soluble resin, low surface tension levelling agent and low polarity auxiliary solvent can effectively improve the oil resistance of coatings film with relatively little influence on other properties.
