稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗缺血性心律失常效果及安全性的Meta分析

Meta-analysis on effect and safety of Wenxin Granules combined with Metoprolol in the treatment of ischemic arrhythmia

目的系统评价稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗缺血性心律失常的效果及安全性。方法检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数字化期刊全文库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献服务系统、PubMed、Cochrane图书馆,从建库以来至2019年6月发表的稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗缺血性心律失常的相关文献,使用Cochrane评价方法进行文献评估,用Review Manager 5.3进行Meta分析。结果纳入19项研究,共1752例缺血性心律失常患者,其中治疗组877例,对照组875例。治疗组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义[RR=1.21,95%CI(1.17,1.26),P<0.00001]。治疗组的不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义[RR=0.41,95%CI(0.26,0.65),P=0.0002]。结论稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔对缺血性心律失常的治疗效果更好,且能降低不良反应发生率,安全性更高。

Objective To systematically evaluate the effect and safety of Wenxin Granules combined with Metoprolol in the treatment of ischemic arrhythmia.Methods The literatures related to Wenxin Granules combined with Metoprolol in the treatment of ischemic arrhythmia published on China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Digital Periodical Full-text Database,Weipu Database,Chinese Biomedical Literature Service System,PubMed and Cochrane Library from the establishment of the database to June 2019 were searched.Cochrane evaluation method was used to evaluate literatures and Review Manager 5.3 was used for Meta-analysis.Results A total of 1752 patients with ischemic arrhythmia were included in 19 studies,including 877 cases in the treatment group and 875 cases in the control group.The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(RR=1.21,95%CI[1.17,1.26],P<0.00001).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(RR=0.41,95%CI[0.26,0.65],P=0.0002).Conclusion Wenxin Granules combined with Metoprolol has better effect in the treatment of ischemic arrhythmia,and it can reduce the incidence rate of adverse reactions and gain high safety.
