摘要
目的探讨传统甲状腺切除术与超声刀开放甲状腺切除术的临床效果。方法回顾性研究2017年11月~2018年11月我院收治的甲状腺手术治疗的200例患者的临床资料,按照手术方式的不同分为对照组(97例)和试验组(103例)。给予对照组传统甲状腺手术治疗,给予试验组超声刀开放甲状腺手术治疗。比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、住院时间以及并发症发生率。结果试验组患者手术、住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量以及术后引流量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论运用超声刀开放甲状腺手术能够帮助患者缩短手术及住院时间,同时减少了术中的出血量以及术后引流量,各方面优于传统的甲状腺手术,值得临床中推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional thyroidectomy and ultrasound scalpel open thyroidectomy.Methods The clinical data of 200 patients with thyroidectomy who were treated in our hospital from November 2017 to November 2018 were analyzed retrospectively.The patients were divided into control group(97 cases)and experimental group(103 cases)according to different surgical methods.The control group was given traditional thyroidectomy,and the experimental group was given ultrasound scalpel open thyroidectomy.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative drainage,hospitalization time and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation and hospitalization time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group,the amount of intraoperative blood loss and the amount of drainage after operation were less than those of the control group,the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of ultrasonic scalpel open thyroid surgery can help patients shorten the operation and hospitalization time,while reducing the amount of intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage,which is superior to traditional thyroid surgery in all aspects and worthy of clinical promotion.
