五位一体背景下我国职业体育俱乐部履行企业社会责任内容研究

利用文献法、逻辑分析法和专家访谈法等研究方法,对我国职业体育俱乐部企业社会责任的主要内容和特征等进行整理和分析。结果得出:在经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设、生态文明建设的"五位一体"的背景下,我国职业体育俱乐部要积极主动地履行经济、政治、法律、社区、环境和慈善等责任。职业体育俱乐部通过发挥政府和社区居民监管与督查的力量,建立职业体育俱乐部披露与监督机制,提高职业体育俱乐部自身的盈利能力并带动社会经济发展,选择"利益分担"的实现模式和建构出适合有中国特色的职业俱乐部企业社会责任内容体系来履行企业社会责任。建议:通过制定与实施统一的职业体育俱乐部企业社会责任履行标准和监管机制以及相关的法律法规,发布企业社会责任年度报告和第三方鉴定等举措,形成完善的职业体育俱乐部履行企业社会责任的自律机制、评估机制以及内外部良好的履行环境,使我国职业体育俱乐部在履行企业社会责任时,能够有章可循、有法可依。

This paper analyzes the main contents and characteristics of corporate social responsibility of professional sports clubs in China by means of literature, logic analysis and expert interviews. The result: in the context of the "five in one" of economic construction, political construction, cultural construction, social construction, and ecological civilization construction, China’s professional sports clubs must actively perform economic, political, legal, community, environmental and charitable activities. And so on. By playing the role of supervision and supervision of government and community residents, professional sports clubs establish a mechanism for disclosure and supervision of professional sports clubs, improve the profitability of professional sports clubs and promote social and economic development, and select the realization mode and construction of "shared benefits". It is suitable for the social responsibility content system of professional clubs with Chinese characteristics to fulfill corporate social responsibility. Recommendation: Through the formulation and implementation of a unified professional sports club corporate social responsibility performance standards and regulatory mechanisms and related laws and regulations, the release of corporate social responsibility annual report and third-party identification and other initiatives to form a perfect professional sports club to fulfill corporate social responsibility self-discipline The mechanism, the evaluation mechanism, and the good internal and external fulfillment environment enable the professional sports clubs in China to have rules and rules to follow when fulfilling corporate social responsibility.
