基于餐厅服务项目特征的第45届世界技能大赛中国集训队选手体能训练研究

摘要 以文献资料法、测试法和数理统计等研究方法,对第45届世界技能大赛国家集训队选手以餐厅服务项目特征进行体能测试,结果显示:选手的身体形态具有一定优势,核心力量训练效果好,下肢力量一般,但选手的上肢力量差、心肺有氧耐力水平低,说明选手上肢肌肉力量薄弱,抗疲劳能力差,他们的上肢肌肉力量和心肺有氧耐力水平上升空间比较大,需要培养他们吃苦耐劳的坚韧意志力。建议做好系统、科学的训练计划和方案;借助数据库系统和智能APP,为参赛选手设计个性化方案,提高训练效率和训练质量,为参赛选手取得优异的成绩提供保障,创造条件。 With the literature data method, test method and mathematical statistics and other research methods, this article is to explore the status quo of the 45 th world skills Competition(Restaurant Service Group) players’ physical condition. The result shows: the player’s body shape has certain advantages, core strength training effect is good, lower limb strength is general, but the player’s upper body strength is poor, marathon-based aerobic endurance level is low, that upper limb muscle strength is weak with poor ability to resist fatigue;their upper limb muscle strength and marathon-based aerobic endurance level rise space is large, for which we need to cultivate their strong willpower of bearing hardships and standing hard work. Suggestions:to propose systematic and scientific training plans and programs;with the help of the database system and the intelligent APP, we will design personalized programs for the contestants, improve the training efficiency and quality, and provide guarantee and conditions for the contestants to achieve excellent results.
