摘要
为提高农作物秸秆鱼饲料可行性及成品质量,试验以熔体输送段温度为变量对试验饲料颗粒膨化度、质构特性、成型质量、水中稳定性进行了研究。试验测量7组不同熔体输送段温度饲料各项指标,结果表明熔体输送段温度在120℃以下时饲料膨化度较好,100~120℃之间饲料质构表现较好,120~140℃之间饲料成型质量和水中稳定性较好。最终可以确定番茄秸秆鲤鱼饲料膨化在熔体输送段温度120℃左右时,各项指标都较为优异。
In order to improve the feasibility of crop straw fish feed and the quality of finished products, the experimental study was conducted to study the degree of puffing, texture, molding quality and water stability of the test feed pellets. By measuring the temperature and feed indicators of 7 different melt transport sections. The results showed that the feed expansion degree was better when the temperature of the melt conveying section was below 120 ℃, the texture of the feed was better between100 ℃ and 120 ℃, and the feed quality and stability in water were better between 120 ℃ and 140 ℃.Finally, it can be determined that when the tomato straw carp feed is puffed at a temperature of about120 ℃ in the melt conveying section, all indicators are more excellent.
