摘要
以6061铝合金为研究对象,通过慢应变速率拉伸(SSRT)、断口扫描和金相组织分析等方法,研究了不同热处理状态包括铸态、均匀化态、热轧态和T6峰时效态的应力腐蚀性能。结果表明:6061铝合金从铸态、均匀化态、热轧态到T6峰时效态,均不存在应力腐蚀性能上的“遗传性”。另外,除了热轧态的合金不具有应力腐蚀敏感性外,其余3种状态下,6061铝合金的应力腐蚀敏感性情况为:均匀化态>铸态>T6峰时效态,其应力腐蚀敏感性系数分别为0.094、0.064、0.053。
Taking 6061 aluminum alloy as the objective,the stress corrosion cracking resistanceunder different heat treatment condi⁃tions,including as-cast,homogenization,hot-rolled and T6 peak-aged were studied by slow strain rate testing(SSRT),scanning elec⁃tron microscopy(SEM)and optical microscopy(OM).The results show that there is no"hereditary"in SCC susceptibility for 6061 aluminum alloy in different conditions.SCC sensitivity exists in 6061 alloy with following gradient:homogenization>as-cast>T6 peak-aged,which can be respectively evaluated by ISSRT as follow:0.094,0.064 and 0.053,while no obvious SSC sensitivity occurs in hot-rolled condition.
