摘要
对比研究了常规挤压工艺即多棒炉加热+直接上机挤压与多棒炉加热+工频炉短时高温加热+棒材冷却处理+挤压这两种工艺方式对6013铝合金成形性及力学性能的影响。研究发现:对于6013等硬质合金,挤压前短时高温处理更易获得良好的表面质量,获得的型材硬度更加稳定,生产效率也有所提高。
The effect of two conventional extrusion processes on the formability and mechanical properties of 6013 aluminum alloy are compared and analyzed.The two extrusion processes are multi-bar furnace heating+direct extrusion and multi-bar furnace heating+power frequency furnace short-term high temperature heating+rod cooling treatment+extrusion.The results show that for the hard alloys such as 6013,it is easier to obtain good surface quality through short-time high temperature treatment before extrusion,and the hardness of the profiles is more stable and the production efficiency is also improved.
