摘要 利用拉伸性能测试、电导率测试、晶间腐蚀试验等手段,研究了双级时效工艺对6061合金组织与性能的影响。结果表明,6061铝型材双级时效后组织和性能良好,满足标准要求,各项性能与峰值时效175℃×8 h相当。其中,170℃×1.5 h+210℃×1.5 h制度下6061合金的综合力学性能优于峰值时效。随着预时效温度的升高,电导率呈上升趋势,180℃×1.5 h+210℃×1.5 h处理后电导率最高,腐蚀形貌由晶间腐蚀变为点蚀,腐蚀深度明显变浅。6061铝型材最优双级时效工艺为170℃×1.5 h+210℃×1.5 h,该制度能有效缩短生产周期,减少能耗,且使型材的力学性能、抗晶间腐蚀性能均优于峰值时效的性能。 By means of tensile property test,electrical conductivity test and intergranular corrosion test,the effect of two-stage aging process on microstructure and properties of 6061 aluminum profile was studied.The results show that the microstructure and properties of 6061 aluminum profile after two-stage aging are good and meet the standard requirements.The properties are equivalent to that of peak aging at 175℃×8h.The comprehensive mechanical properties of 6061 profile at 170℃×1.5h+210℃×1.5h are superior to those of peak aging.With the increase of preaging temperature,the electrical conductivity increased.After treatment at 180℃×1.5h+210℃×1.5h,the conductivity was the highest,which changed from intergranular corrosion to pitting corrosion,and the corrosion depth was obviously shallower.The optimum two-stage aging process for 6061 aluminum profile is 170℃×1.5h+210℃×1.5h,the system can ef⁃fectively shorten the production cycle,reduce energy consumption,and its mechanical properties and intergranular corrosion resistance are superior to peak aging.
