摘要
针对2D12-T4薄壁管材在实际生产过程中晶间腐蚀深度控制难度大的问题,通过现场取样对晶间腐蚀形貌特征及形成机理进行了分析,研究了铸锭化学成分及均匀化工艺对晶间腐蚀的影响。结果表明,调整元素成分、优化铸锭均热工艺可以提高该合金的晶间腐蚀性能。
For the difficulty of controlling the depth of intergranular corrosion of the 2D12-T4 thin-walled pipe in the actual produc⁃tion process,the effect of chemical composition and the homogeneous technology on intergranular corrosion was investigated by re⁃searching the morphology of intergranular corrosion and the formed mechanism via the field sampling.The results showed that inter⁃granular corrosion property can be improved by adjusting the element composition and optimizing the soaking process of the ingot.
