类脂囊泡载药系统递送生物药物的研究进展 被引量:2

Research progress in delivery of biological drugs by niosome-based drug delivery systems

摘要 生物药物如蛋白质核酸类药物生物稳定性差,在体内易受酸碱酶破坏。类脂囊泡作为一种新型药物载体具有许多优点,如生物可降解性良好、可改善生物药物的溶解度、保护生物药物免受酸碱酶破坏等,并能通过适当的载体修饰达到靶向效果,降低毒副作用。类脂囊泡递送系统在药物载体领域有广泛的应用及前景。本文对类脂囊泡递送生物药物的研究进展进行综述。 Biological drugs,such as protein and nucleic acid drugs,are usually biologically unstable.They can be easily damaged by acidic enzymes or alkaline enzymes in vivo. Niosome is used as a novel vesicle for drug delivery,which has many advantages including good biological degradation,ability of improving solubility of biological drugs,protection of biological drugs from the damage by acidic enzymes or alkaline enzymes,etc. Moreover,niosome can be appropriately surface-modified so as to target the specific cells or tissues,at the same time to decrease adverse effects. Niosome-based drug delivery systems are very promising for the application in drug delivery.This review focused on the research progress in noisome-based delivery systems for biological drugs.
