论高校研培计划与非物质文化遗产保护 被引量:7

On Research and Training Program in Higher Learning Institutions and the Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage

摘要 高校非物质文化遗产研培计划带来的是一种新的教育模式,是通过非学历教育的方式对传承人的传承能力、展示和推广能力、非物质文化遗产持久的存续力、传承人的文化自信等多方面的培养,经过近四年的推广已经渐成规模。非物质文化遗产的保护和发展需要给其传承人更强的传承能力和文化自信,让他们在非物质文化遗产的传承和发展中获得更多的成就感。非物质文化遗产的展示和传播是其发展的动力,传播不是传承,但却能让更多人参与到传承的工作中,推动非物质文化遗产的进一步发展。一些地方非物质文化遗产传承人加入到扶贫队伍中,利用非物质文化遗产带动人们就业,展现出传统文化在当代的独特魅力。非物质文化遗产研培计划在各地的培养模式大致相同,但研培效果却有所差异。结合具体案例,大胆质疑,并提出解决方略,对今后的非物质文化遗产研培工作以及学者的深入理论阐释具有现实意义。 A new mode of education has been brought about by the research and training program of intangible cultural heritage in higher learning institutions.This non-diploma educational mode is to build inheritors’ capabilities of inheritance,display and promotion,the lasting survivability of intangible cultural heritage,and the cultural confidence of the inheritors.After nearly four years of promotion,the program has gradually began to take shape.The protection and development of intangible cultural heritage need stronger inheritors’ capability of inheritance,cultural confidence,and a growing sense of achievement in the inheritance and development of intangible cultural heritage.The display and spread of intangible cultural heritage are the driving force of its development.Although the spread is not equal to the inheritance,it can help more people participate in the work of inheritance so as to promote the further development of intangible cultural heritage.Some of these inheritors also participate in poverty alleviation,promote employment through intangible culture,and have displayed unique attraction of traditional culture in present time.Although these programs share similar size of training,they are quite different from each in terms of research and training effect.Based on specific cases,the article puts forward bold questions and corresponding solutions,and all these are of great practical significance for future research and training work of intangible culture heritage and the indepth theoretical interpretation by scholars.
