微信在医院感染防控知识培训中的效果评价 被引量:5

Effect Evaluation of the We Chat in the Knowledge Training of the Prevention and Control of the Hospital Infection

摘要 目的研究运用微信二维码培训规范化培训及定岗实习人员的医院感染防控知识,探讨培训新模式效果。方法选取某院在2018年1月2日-2019年1月2日在某科规范化培训及定岗实习生100名为研究对象,按照某科A/B病区分成两组,某科B区的50名人员接受常规授课设为对照组;某科A区的50名采用微信辅助强化学习设为试验组。由感控护士授课,运用微信扫码答题小程序,进行培训评价。结果试验组医院感染控制相关措施认知掌握情况及实际执行情况等各项评分均高于对照组实习生;两组比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。试验组手卫生依从率、正确率等各项评分均高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论以微信形式培训学习时间灵活,减少集中培训时间,培训效果显著,作为一种创新培训方法,适合实习医师实践能力的培养。 Objective The standardized training of WeChat QR code training and the knowledge of hospital infection prevention and control were studied, and the effect of the new training mode was discussed.Methods From January 2, 2018 to January 2, 2019, 100 interns were divided into two groups according to the A/B ward of a certain department. 50 people in area B of a certain department were given routine instruction as the control group, and 50 students in area A were treated with WeChat assisted reinforcement learning as the experimental group. Taught by the sense control nurse, using WeChat scan code to answer the question Mini Programs, carry on the training evaluation.Results The scores of cognitive mastery and actual implementation of hospital infection control measures in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The training and learning time in the form of WeChat is flexible, the centralized training time is reduced, and the training effect is remarkable. As an innovative training method, it is suitable for the training of clinical talents.
