案例教学法结合角色扮演教学法在老年护理规范化教学中的应用 被引量:17

Application of Case-Based LearningCombined with Role-Playing Teaching Method in the Standardized Teaching for Gerontology Nursing

摘要 目的了解老年护理规范化教学中,关于CBL结合角色扮演教学方法的应用。方法选取某医科大学附属医院护理临床专业41名学生为研究对象,其中2014级本科实习生21名为对照组,2015级20名本科实习生为实验组。实验组采取案例结合法与角色扮演法相结合的教学方法。对照组授课模式为传统课堂教学法,对教学效果进行理论、操作考试成绩及见习质量评价。结果实验组理论成绩(78.91±10.71)高于对照组(72.30±11.04)且具有统计学意义,P<0.01;实验组与对照组操作成绩分别为84.71±12.33、79.07±10.71,前者更高,两组间的数据差异具有统计学意义,P<0.01;实验组与对照组见习质量分别为75.68±4.71、71.75±5.01,前者更高,两组间的数据差异具有统计学意义,P<0.01。结论案例教学法结合角色扮演教学法在老年护理教学中可提高护理专业实习生专业能力和综合素质,提高教学效果。 Objective To explore theapplication of case-based learning combined with role-playing teaching method in the standardized teaching for Gerontology Nursing.Methods 41 students majoring in nursing clinic in affiliated hospital of a medical university were selected as the subjects of the study.20 nursing traineesin Medical College of Grade 2015 used Case-Based Learning combined with role-playing teaching method as the experimental group whoweredivided into nursing terms. 21 nursing traineesin Medical College of Grade 2014 used were the traditional teaching method as the control group. The teaching effectiveness was evaluated by theory and practice examinations and probation quality. Results The scores of theory examinations, practice examinations and probation quality in the experimental group were 78.91±10.71, 84.71±12.33,75.68±4.71, respectively, vs. 72.30±11.04, 79.07 ± 10.71, 71.75 ± 5.01 in the control group, P < 0.01. Conclusions Gerontology Nursing teachingusedcase-based learning combined with role-playing teaching method can improve professional ability, comprehensive quality and teaching effectiveness.
