905例住院患者应用头孢地尼合理性评价

Rationality Evaluation of Cefdinir Used in 905 Inpatients

目的对某院住院患者头孢地尼分散片使用的合理性进行分析,促进临床合理用药。方法采用回顾性调查的方法,调取某院2016年10月1日-12月31日期间使用头孢地尼分散片的住院患者的病案信息及医嘱信息,共计905例,由资深审方药师根据药品说明书、《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》《处方管理办法》《临床诊疗指南》、院内规范等对医嘱合理性进行评价。结果共有905例患者使用头孢地尼分散片,发现问题441例占48.73%,其中适应证不适宜271例、序贯治疗不适宜170例,占发现问题病例总数的百分比分别为61.45%、38.55%。结论根据头孢地尼存在适应症和序贯治疗不适宜的用药问题,制定使用规范,充分发挥临床药师作用,促进临床合理用药,保障患者用药安全。

Objective To analyze the prescriptions of Cefdinirdispersible tablets used in inpatient for promoting rational drug use in clinic.Methods By retrospective method, medical records and medical orders of 905 inpatients used Cefdinirdispersible tablets were collected of our hospital from Oct 1 st to Dec 31 st 2016. The rationality of medical orders was evaluated by senior prescription-checking pharmacists according to the drug instructions, "Guiding Principles", "Prescription Administrative Policy", clinical guidelines for diagnosis and treatment, and hospital standards.Results A total of 905 patients used Cefdinir, 441 cases(48.73%) found problems, 271 cases unsuitable for indications, 170 cases unsuitable for sequential treatment, accounting for 61.45% and 38.55% of the total number of cases found problems.Conclusion According to the problems of inappropriate indications and unreasonable use of Cefdinir in sequential treatment, the use criteria should be formulated to give full play to the role of clinical pharmacists, promote the rational use of Cefdinir in clinic and ensure the safety of patients.
