摘要
目的有氧运动计划记录单在老年肌少症患者中的应用。方法选择2018年3月1日-2019年3月1日某院老年肌少症患者68例,采用随机数字表法将所有患者分为对照组(n=34)和实验组(n=34)。对照组采用常规健康教育运动方式,实验组遵照自行设计的有氧运动记录单进行计划训练。6个月后,比较两组患者简易机体功能评估、计时起走测试、握力、步速等躯体功能评估以及骨骼肌质量的变化。结果实验组简易机体功能评估(7.1±0.3)分、计时起走测试(12.0±1.3)s、握力(19.7±2.6)kg、步速(1.0±0.1)m/s与对照组简易机体功能评估(6.2±0.5)分、TUG(12.8±2.7)s、握力(18.2±1.6)kg、步速(0.9±0.3)m/s比较均有改善,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。实验组的骨骼肌质量指数(7.1±0.4)高于对照组(6.3±0.5),P=0.00,具有统计学意义。结论应用有氧运动记录单指导老年肌少症患者康复训练,能够提高老年肌少症患者的骨骼肌质量、改善躯体运动功能,对肌少症的综合诊治起着重要的作用。
Objective Application of aerobic exercise plan record sheet in elderly patients with myopathy.Methods From March 1, 2018 to March 1, 2019, 68 elderly patients with myopathy were randomly divided into control group(n=34) and experimental group(n=34). The control group was treated with routine health education exercise, and the experimental group was trained according to the aerobic exercise record designed by ourselves. Six months later, the simple body function evaluation, timing walking test, grip strength, walking speed and the changes of skeletal muscle quality were compared between the two groups.Results The simple body function assessment was(7.1±0.3) points, the timing walking test was(12.0±1.3) s, the grip strength was(19.7±2.6) kg, walking speed(1.0±0.1) m/s, the simple body function assessment score was(6.2±0.5)points, TUG(12.8±2.7)s, and the grip strength was(18.2±1.6) kg, walking speed(0.9±0.3) m/s,(P<0.05). It is statistically significant. The skeletal muscle mass index of the experimental group(7.1±0.4) was higher than that of the control group(6.3±0.5), P=0.00, which was statistically significant.Conclusion The application of aerobic exercise record to guide the rehabilitation training of elderly patients with myopathy can improve the quality of skeletal muscle and improve the physical motor function of elderly patients with myopathy, which plays an important role in the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of myopathy.
