Optimization research on classification operation of closed-circuit banana screen in SABC grinding system

摘要 纳米比亚湖山铀矿SABC粉磨系统自运行以来,闭路香蕉筛环节严重影响到系统的正常运行与产能提升。根据现场实际运行工艺参数,在核算其处理能力与分析不利操作因素的基础上,采用JKSimMet软件进行模拟与分析,并提出优化方案与改进措施。实施后系统逐步达到设计产能,为类似项目提供了参考。 During the operation of the SABC grinding system in Husab Uranium Mine of Namibia,the closed-circuit banana screen seriously affected the normal operation and capacity enhancement of the system.According to on-site operating parameters,after the checking of the processing capacity and the analysis of the unfavorable operating factors,JKSimMet software was applied to conduct simulation and analysis,and then optimization schemes and improvement measures were offered.Since the above put into use,the design capacity of the system was gradually achieved.The research offered reference for similar projects.
