摘要
为有效降低煤矿粉尘灾害,节约防尘供水,笔者提出了一种粉尘质量浓度监测的自动喷雾降尘监测系统。该系统详细介绍了基于粉尘质量浓度、设限值和回差值的自动喷雾降尘闭环控制算法,以及系统主控单元的通信电路、数据采集电路和控制阀控制电路等。该系统移植了μC/OS-Ⅲ实时操作系统,提高了多任务调度能力,编写了相应软件程序流程及软件抗干扰措施。在高庄煤矿的现场试验表明,该系统可及时降低现场的粉尘质量浓度,保证工人的人身安全。
In order to effectively reduce dust disaster and save water in the colliery,an automatic spray dust reduction system based on dust concentration monitor was designed.The paper expounded the closed-loop control algorithm for automatic spray dust reduction based on dust concentration,limit value and back-off value,and in detail introduced the communication circuit of master control unit,data acquisition circuit and control circuit of control valve etc.The real-time operating system uC/OS-Ⅲ was implanted into the system so as to enhance the multi-task scheduling capacity and possess corresponding software process flow and software anti-interference measures.Field test in Gaozhuang Colliery showed the application of the system timely reduced the dust concentration on site and guaranteed the personal safety of workers.
