风湿免疫科367次危急值报告分析

Analysis of 367 critical value reports in the Rheumatology&Immunology Department

目的:探讨风湿免疫科常见危急值种类及病因。方法:收集桂林医学院附属医院风湿免疫科住院患者危急值记录,分析危急值种类及可能病因。结果:在367次危急值记录中,血常规异常136次(37.04%),内环境紊乱101次(27.51%),细菌培养阳性39次(10.63%),梅毒抗体及HIV抗体阳性37次(10.08%),血气异常37次(10.08%)。结论:风湿免疫科危急值主要以血液细胞损害、内环境紊乱及感染性疾病为主。积极治疗原发疾病及预防感染为降低风湿科急危重症发生的有效措施。

Objective:To investigate the types and etiology of common critical values occurred in the rheumatology&immunology department.Methods:The records of critical value of inpatients in Dept,of Rheumatology&Immunology in the Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical Uni vers ity were collected,and then the types of critical value and possible causes were analyzed.Results:Of the 367 critical value records,136(37.04%)were recorded with abnormal blood routine,101(27.51%)with environment disorder,39(10.63%)with positive for bacterial culture,37(10.08%)were with positive for syphilis antibody and HIV antibody,and 37 times(10.08%)with abnormal blood gas.Conclusion:The critical values occurring in the rheumatology&immunology department are mainly manisfected as blood cell damage,internal environment disorder and infectious diseases.Active treatment of primary diseases and prevention of infection are the effective measures to reduce the occurrence of acute and critical diseases in rheumatology department.
